Market Direction Week of June 2, 2013

Market Direction: BULLISH alert issued 04/25/2013

Friday demonstrated a major pull back in the markets with the Dow finishing down a scant more than 208 points. While significant, the pull back did not result in a change of market posture. $tockMarketDirection still maintains a bullish posture.

This past week, several companies reported extremely good earnings causing the stocks to appreciate in value. There will be several companies reporting earnings this week as well. Many of the companies reporting really good numbers were from the retail sector.

Reports this week include: construction spending (6/3), initial claims (6/6) and non-farm payrolls and unemployment rate (6/7).
